1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Online Image Converter (the "Service"), located in Baleendah, West Java, Indonesia, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms incorporated by reference. If you don't agree to these terms, you can't access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Online Image Converter provides a free online tool that lets you convert image files from one format to another. Our Service is offered "as is" and "as available," intended for personal and non-commercial use. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

Content Ownership: You're solely responsible for the image files you upload and convert. You must have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to process these images. We don't claim ownership of any content you upload.
Prohibited Content: Please don't upload, convert, or distribute any content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
- Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
No Commercial Resale of Service: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

4. Data Handling and Privacy

Image File Deletion: We care about your privacy. All image files you upload for conversion are processed temporarily on our servers. We do not store your uploaded or converted image files for any purpose other than facilitating the immediate conversion and download by you. Typically, files are automatically deleted from our servers within a very short period (e.g., minutes or hours) after conversion or if they remain inactive.
No Personal Data Collection: We don't directly collect personally identifiable information (PII) from you for the use of the conversion service itself.
Privacy Policy: Our data collection, usage, and security practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-submitted content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Online Image Converter and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress can't be used with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Advertisements (Google AdSense)

The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies allows it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

"As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No Guarantee: We don't warrant that (i) the Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location; (ii) any errors or defects will be corrected; (iii) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (iv) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Online Image Converter, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we've been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Online Image Converter and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we'll try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you don't agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
